Openwham Rules

Regulations:

Harassment & Abuse
[/u]There is to be no abuse or harassment of any users or staff members at Openwham Hotel. This is punishable by a ban.

Account Modification
This includes, but is not limited to, scripting, altering figuredata, etc. This is punishable by a ban, if not changed back after a warning.

Scamming
At Openwham Hotel, scamming is not tolerated. We may refund you and ban the scammer if you provide full video proof by posting a User Report on the forums (click here). If you are caught scamming, you will be issued a ban.

Sexual Misconduct
This includes, but is not limited to, cyber-sex, inappropriate adult-type behaviour, sexual harassment, etc. You will be issued a ban if you commit these offences.

Racism
Openwham Hotel has a zero tolerance policy toward racism. If you are found to be speaking in a derogatory sense to a user, or making general racist remarks - you will be excluded form the hotel.

Impersonation
If you are impersonating a staff member, pretending to be a staff member, etc, you will be removed from the hotel. TIP: All staff members at Openwham have the HABBO STAFF badge!.

Trading/Selling
We do not permit the trading of Openwham Hotel accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, selling accounts, trading furniture for real money/Habbo/other website goods, or any other external website. If you are found to be attempting to sell your account or and virtual goods in your account, it will be banned from the network.

Account Sharing
We do not permit, nor support the sharing of your Openwham account. If you do so, this is at your liability.

Maximum Accounts
At Openwham, you are allowed to register up to 3 accounts per household.

Hacking
If you are manipulating users, phishing, distributing malicious software, or any other form of 'hacking', you will receive a permanent computer ban from the Openwham Hotel network.

Advertising/Spamming
If you are caught advertising another website (this includes retros and other websites that are unrelated to Openwham Forums, OpenwhamDJ or any other affiliated website that is owned, operated and hosted by the Force Hotel network), you will receive a permanent ban from Openwham.

Important Note
These rules are to be taken as a guide, and do not represent the full list of rules that our moderators are given. If you do anything deemed inappropriate by a moderator or staff member, we hold the right to terminate access to your account.

By accessing Openwham, you automatically agree to these rules. We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice, or a reason at any time.
