The Call For Help

The Call For Help is a system on the hotel where users can get live help from an online staff member. The reason for the Call For Help system is for users to report things that need urgent attention.
The things you should use the CFH for are:

- nude forcers OR double clothers
- spamming users
- fights (major with abuse)
- sexual harrasment
- Trading .com For Force users/rooms
- Users Claiming to be ADMINS or MODS
- Scamming
-Advertsing E.G. Hotels Etc
- Rascit comments
These All Need PROOF

The staff still need you to take screen shots in case we do not reach you in time.

If you do abuse the CFH system it may be considered as abuse and further action may be taken

How to access the CFH

You can easily access the Call For Help in the corner of your screen. Here is a tutorial with screen shots.

Step 1) Click the question mark near your hand.

Step 2) Click ' get live help which is in red '

Step 3) Next Click ' A serious issue (harassment, sexual behavior)

Step 4) Finally you now type your message to a staff member here.

Once you have sent your CFH an available staff member will reply to you when they have time. Please do not nag staff to answer your CFH as it will only annoy them.
