But now my account Colin has been banned. I think this is unjustified. All I did was saying I was offended by some of the posters on the hotel and Lee and Dylan came and abused me I love Ace so could you please unban me?

I'm going to look into this, I do know a lot of trouble happened last night and it did encounter a lot of accounts being banned, maybe you got banned by accident. I will check with Lee and take it from there. To post an appeal you must now register your account this it to prevent spam in that section from guests.

I have looked into this and I have spoken to Lee, he made an agreement that as long as you do not abuse the hotel staff members again then you are welcome to the hotel.
